How to apply
If you know which home you are interested in you can download an application form (PDF file) here or alternatively obtain an application form in the post by speaking with Head Office on 01634 723007.
If you would like to discuss a particular home in more detail then Head Office is more than happy to help.
The staff are happy to help any applicant complete the form, which can be provided in other formats to suit individual need.
What happens next?
On receipt of a completed application form, the Housing Officer or the Home Manager will get in touch to undertake an assessment based on the information contained in the application form, to ensure that the applicant is suitable for the chosen home.
