Residential homes provide personal care and emotional support to older people with frailty and dementia. Personal care means assisting residents with everyday tasks such as bathing and washing. Each resident is provided with a personal care plan to support their individual needs.

Residents are provided with regular meals. They have their own bedroom, sometimes with a private bathroom, but share communal facilities with other people. The homes are looked after and cleaned by staff members. 

We do everything we can to accommodate residents wishes to make the home their own.

Key features:

  • Most homes accommodate couples.
  • Residents can furnish their room and choose how they would like it decorated.
  • All rooms have wash basins and most have en-suite facilities. 
  • Residents may be able to bring pets. 
  • Each home provides a range of enjoyable activities and events. 
  • All meals are provided: each home has its own chef who prepares fresh cooked food. 
  • The homes cater to dietary requirements and cultural diversity.
