Haines House

Located in a lovely residential area very close to Orpington town centre, Haines House provides accommodation for up to seven residents in a charming and homely semi-detached house.

Haines House has five bedrooms, which each come with an en-suite and a small kitchenette, allowing residents to make their own hot drinks and snacks and continue to live as independently as possible.

Within the home there is also a self-contained one bedroom flat*, which features a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area and can accommodate couples.

There is a large communal dining and lounge area, where lunch and dinner are served and residents like to socialise with one another during the day, residents prepare breakfast themselves. The spacious garden boasts beautiful flowers and seating areas and is a lovely place to spend the warmer months. The home also has wireless broadband.

A team of housekeepers provide two daily meals and take care of communal areas but residents are responsible for cleaning their own rooms. The home also has a dedicated support network of volunteers.

Haines House is in an excellent location, just half a mile from Orpington station and Orpington High Street. There is a medical centre, hospital, supermarket, convenience shops and a number of churches in the vicinity and the home has great transport links with a bus stop nearby and easy access to the M25, A21 and A20.

Haines House is located next door to our other supported home in Oprington, Mary Jones House.

* Please note, meals are not provided for residents living in the flat.
